Full Wedding Package — Ceremony + Reception
Overview
Complete wedding production for ceremony and reception at the same location.
Includes sound systems for both ceremony and reception areas, microphones for ceremony and reception, advanced lighting package, emcee/announcements, and intelligent dance-floor lighting.
What’s Included
Ceremony
PA system sized for the ceremony space
Wireless lavalier microphones for officiant and one participant (adjustable placement)
One handheld wireless microphone for readings/vows if needed
On-site technician to set up, test, and operate audio for the ceremony
Reception
Full PA system for reception
One wired or wireless handheld microphone for toasts and speeches
Dedicated coordination with planner to manage music playback, event transitions, and live announcements
DJ-style playlist management for dinner and dancing (client-supplied playlists accepted; custom playlists and requests supported)
Lighting
Advanced wash lighting to create a party atmosphere across the reception space
Intelligent lighting for dynamic dance-floor effects (movable heads, music coordination, LED color changing based on song choices/moments)
Dance-floor area lighting including programmed scenes and automated effects for peak dancing times
Lighting technician to program cues and operate lighting during reception
Emcee / Announcements
Typical ceremony and reception announcements and emcee services
Coordination of timeline with wedding planner or venue staff
Introduction of wedding party, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, and any special announcements
Staffing & Timing
Package rate: $900 for up to 5 hours of on-site service
Additional time: $50 per hour, billed in whole-hour increments
All standard setup and breakdown time included; any additional setup time requested outside typically required schedule will be billed additionally
DJ will be available for audio and lighting throughout the evening
Equipment & Logistics
All equipment, cabling, tables, and stands, included
Backup microphone and basic spare parts included
Travel within standard service area included; travel fees may apply for distant venues (to be quoted)
Venue load-in requirements and parking to be coordinated in advance
Booking & Payment
A signed contract and retainer required to secure date (retainer terms provided in contract)
Final headcount and timeline required 14 days prior to event
Final balance due 7 days prior to event (or as specified in contract)
Overtime billed at $50 per hour, in full-hour increments
Notes & Customization
Ceremony and reception at same location only (different rooms/areas within venue supported)
Extra microphones, additional speakers, uplighting for ceremony, and ceremony livestream audio feeds can be added for an additional fee—ask for a custom quote
Special requests for music licensing, multicultural ceremony requirements, or multilingual emcees may be accommodated with advance notice
